WISH HOTSPOTS
WISH offers users internet connectivity through WISH Wi-Fi Hotspots. A user can purchase data on a prepaid basis and connect to a WISH hotspot Wi-Fi access point to gain internet access.
How do I get data?
You can buy data directly through one of our Vendors. Our vendors are entities permitted to sell WISH Wifi hotspot Prepaid Data Vouchers on our behalf.
You can register via our portal so that you can top up at any time without hassle. You will be given a username and password for all your future purchases to make your transaction easy peasy.
If you prefer not to register, you can buy data once-off online. A random username and password are given to complete your transaction.
Is Prepaid Hotspot Data for me?
You have 1-5 devices that require internet from time to time
You live within range of a WISH Hotspot connection
Your data usage fluctuates on a monthly basis
You do not require a private internal network for multimedia devices, printers, TV’s or have more than 5 devices to connect

HOW TO USE
Scan
Scan for available Wi-Fi networks on your Wi-Fi enabled device (laptop / cellphone / tablet)
Connect
Connect to the strongest access point with network named # WISH. We advise a stable 3 signal bars or stronger.
Buy Data
Create a prepaid user account or purchase a prepaid data voucher
Log in
Log in on the hotspot with your user / voucher details and surf your heart out.
DO I HAVE COVERAGE?
Follow the 3 steps below to confirm
- You require strong enough signal to a WISH Hotspot Wi-Fi access point to be able to use the service.
- We recommend 3 bars of signal, or better than -70dbi for a good connection.
- WISH Hotspot Wi-Fi access points can be picked up on any wireless enabled device with #WISH included in the network name.
- Please be sure to check that you have a signal and that Hotspot data is available where you are before you buy as Data CANNOT be refunded.

PREPAID SERVICE DETAILS
Service Information / Requirements
- You require strong enough signal to a WISH Hotspot Wi-Fi access point to be able to use the service.
- We recommend 3 bars of signal, or better than -70dbi for a good connection.
- WISH Hotspot Wi-Fi access points can be picked up on any wireless enabled device with #WISH included in the network name.
- The service can be used on any WISH Hotspot Wi-Fi access point. See if your building is covered
- Once you are connected you will be prompted to enter a login and password.
- These details can be attained by purchasing a prepaid data voucher or creating a regular prepaid user account.
- Data is valid for 1 month from activation. Note that when data is purchased online it is activated instantly, and will expire in 1 month. Cash purchases are activated upon first use.
- When the month has passed you will receive a message indicating that the data has expired.
- A voucher / user account can be used on up to five devices simultaneously.
- Once you have reached the data limit you will see a message indicating that the traffic limit has been reached.
- There are no contracts or debit orders required. You simply purchase data when you need internet access.
